Laser Stamp Rubber

Laser Stamp Rubber for Custom Self-Inking Stamps

XLH Laser supplies A4 laser stamp rubber for producing custom stamp faces used in self-inking stamps, date stamps, text stamps, logo stamps and detailed graphic designs.

The current rubber sheet specification is 210 × 297 mm with a thickness of 2.3 mm. It is suitable for CO₂ laser engraving and cutting and has been used in XLH sample production for both simple text layouts and more detailed stamp designs.

In our actual production use, the material provides good ink pickup and transfer, produces clear finished impressions, generates relatively low engraving residue and has a low odor during laser processing.

For the wider CO₂ laser production context, review the DF60D CO₂ Laser.

Material Selection

What Matters in Laser Stamp Rubber

For practical stamp production, laser rubber needs to balance engraving quality, detail reproduction, handling during cutting and mounting, and reliable transfer of the finished design to the inked impression.

Material formulations can differ in hardness, odor, engraving residue, cleaning behavior and ink resistance. The appropriate specification should therefore be selected according to the actual stamp application and production workflow.

For the current XLH material shown on this page, our production experience confirms good ink transfer, relatively low engraving residue and low odor during CO₂ laser processing.

Processing Behavior

Engraving quality, cutting and post-processing cleanup should be considered together.

Design Transfer

Fine details and filled areas need to transfer clearly from the rubber face to the inked impression.

Application Fit

The material and backing option should match the actual shell, mounting method and production workflow.

Self-adhesive and non-adhesive red and gray-white rubber options

Material Options

Self-Adhesive and Non-Adhesive Rubber Options

Self-Adhesive Rubber

A backing adhesive can simplify mounting of the finished rubber stamp face onto a suitable stamp holder or mounting surface.

Non-Adhesive Rubber

Non-adhesive rubber allows the fixing method to be selected separately according to the stamp structure and production workflow.

The suitable backing option depends on the actual stamp shell, mounting method and production requirement.

Real Sample Results

Real Self-Inking Stamp Samples and Finished Impressions

Real sample production provides a practical way to verify how engraved stamp rubber performs after processing, assembly and inking.

The examples below show XLH sample work covering both a functional date-stamp application and a more detailed circular graphic design.

These are real production references. Actual results can vary with artwork, material configuration, laser processing, ink and stamp assembly.

This self-inking date-stamp sample combines a laser-engraved rubber face with an adjustable date mechanism and self-inking stamp shell.

The finished impressions provide a practical reference for checking the alignment of the fixed artwork, adjustable date area, surrounding scale and repeated ink transfer.

Process Verification

From Engraved Rubber to Finished Impression

Comparing an engraved rubber stamp face with the actual printed result helps verify whether fine lines, border text, filled areas and internal graphic details transfer as intended.

The sample shown here demonstrates a relatively detailed circular design and provides a practical reference for evaluating engraving and impression quality before regular production.
