When you use the inquiry form, you may provide your name, company name, email address and country or region.

Project Information

The form may collect your inquiry type, what you want to produce, estimated quantity, project details and other information you voluntarily submit about your equipment, material or processing requirements.

Uploaded Files

You may voluntarily submit artwork, drawings, product photographs, reference images or PDF files to help XLH Laser understand your project. The form accepts JPG, JPEG, PNG and PDF files, with a maximum of three files and a combined limit of 15 MB.

Technical Information

For abuse prevention, the contact form temporarily processes the requesting IP address and browser user-agent information to generate a pseudonymous rate-limiting key. The XLH Contact Form plugin does not save the raw IP address or user-agent as part of an inquiry record. The rate-limiting key and request count expire after 15 minutes.

The contact form plugin does not create a separate inquiry log. Standard web-server access logs may exist at the hosting level, but their exact content and retention settings have not been verified through the WordPress implementation.

XLH Laser may use information submitted through the website to:

• respond to product and project inquiries;
• prepare quotations;
• evaluate equipment, material or processing requirements;
• review submitted artwork and project files;
• provide technical or after-sales communication;
• prevent spam, abuse or malicious form submissions;
• maintain website security and reliability; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations where required.

The website does not currently use submitted inquiry information for automated advertising, behavioral advertising or marketing newsletters.

Users may voluntarily upload artwork, drawings, photographs or reference files to help XLH Laser understand an inquiry, evaluate production feasibility, prepare a quotation or provide project-related technical communication.

After validation, an uploaded file is moved to a private temporary directory on the website server and attached directly to the inquiry email. The temporary server copy is deleted immediately after the email-delivery attempt, whether that attempt succeeds or fails. Uploaded files are not added to the WordPress Media Library and are not retained as permanent contact-form records in the WordPress database.

A copy of an uploaded file may remain with the delivered email as part of normal business correspondence and may be retained where reasonably necessary to evaluate or respond to the inquiry.

Information submitted through the website is delivered to XLH Laser by email at sales@xlhlaser.com. Inquiry emails are sent through the company’s Alibaba Mail service.

Email communications may be retained as part of normal business correspondence where reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, prepare quotations, provide technical support or maintain relevant customer communication records.

WordPress may use technically necessary cookies for security, session management, login and administrative functionality. These cookies support website operation and are not used by XLH Laser for behavioral advertising.

The contact form does not add a marketing-consent checkbox or set an advertising cookie. XLH Laser does not currently use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies on this website.

XLH Laser does not currently use third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking tools on xlhlaser.com. The current implementation does not include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or similar advertising and behavior-tracking scripts.

Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools are used for site-management and search-index monitoring. They are not embedded on the website as contact-form processors and do not receive inquiry fields or uploaded project files from the contact form.

The website relies on service providers for hosting and email delivery. Website hosting supports delivery of the site, security operations and the temporary processing of uploaded files. Alibaba Mail processes inquiry emails and their attachments for delivery to XLH Laser.

The contact form does not currently use a third-party CAPTCHA or external anti-spam API. It uses first-party WordPress security checks, a hidden honeypot field and short-lived rate limiting. Videos currently used on the website are hosted on xlhlaser.com rather than embedded from an external video platform.

XLH Laser does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, security, technical operations or fulfillment of a customer request. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or lawful authority.

XLH Laser is based in Shanghai, China. Customers from other countries or regions may submit inquiries through the website. By contacting XLH Laser, information may be processed in China or through service providers used for website and email operations.

XLH Laser retains inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide quotations or support, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, protect website security or meet applicable legal requirements.

The contact form does not permanently store inquiry submissions in the WordPress database. Temporary server copies of uploaded files are deleted immediately after the email-delivery attempt. Copies delivered by email may remain as part of relevant business correspondence. No fixed retention period is promised where no formal schedule has been verified.

XLH Laser uses reasonable technical and administrative measures intended to protect information submitted through the website. The contact form validates submitted files, restricts accepted file types and sizes, applies WordPress security checks and uses anti-abuse controls.

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Where applicable, users may contact XLH Laser to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information they have submitted. Requests can be sent to sales@xlhlaser.com.

XLH Laser may need to verify the requester’s identity and may retain certain information where required for legitimate business, security or legal purposes.

The XLH Laser website is intended for business and professional inquiries and is not directed to children.

XLH Laser does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through this website.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. XLH Laser is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites. Users should review the privacy information provided by those sites.
