CASE 01

POM Embosser Die Processing

XLH Laser processes customer artwork into matched POM male and female embosser dies.

The workflow covers artwork review, layout, CO₂ laser engraving, cutting and optional sample verification.

From Customer Artwork to Production Layout

Artwork is reviewed and arranged by die format and quantity before processing. The layout shown is a multi-design POM production example.

CO₂ Laser Engraving and Cutting

The prepared POM sheet is engraved and cut with the DF60D CO₂ Laser according to the artwork and die layout.

MATCHED DIE PRODUCTION

Male and Female Die Components

Matched embossing requires corresponding male and female dies. These processed sheets show multiple components completed in the same workflow; artwork and quantity determine the layout.

Finished POM Die Examples

Finished geometry varies with the artwork and application. These examples show fine die detail and a processed die with its embossed result.

FINAL VERIFICATION

Real Embossing Verification Before Shipment

Finished dies to physical embossing verification

For selected work, finished dies can be installed and checked through actual embossing before shipment.

This verifies alignment and the result on paper. Results vary with artwork, die geometry, paper, pressure and embosser hardware.

CASE 02

Self-Inking Stamp Rubber Processing

XLH Laser processes customer artwork into laser-engraved rubber faces for self-inking stamps.

Artwork, format and quantity are reviewed before the CO₂ laser workflow begins.

Artwork Preparation

Text, circular, date-stamp or graphic artwork is prepared for the target stamp-face format before engraving.

FULL-SHEET PROCESSING

A4 Rubber Sheet Processing

The current XLH laser stamp rubber is supplied in A4 / 210 × 297 mm sheets with 2.3 mm thickness. Larger layouts can be engraved as required.

In our CO₂ laser workflow, the material provides good ink pickup and transfer, relatively low residue and low odor.

Finished Rubber Stamp Faces

After engraving, the rubber face is prepared for mounting and checked against the artwork. Format depends on the design, shell and mounting method.

PROCESS VERIFICATION

From Engraved Rubber to Actual Impression

Comparing engraved rubber with its impression helps review text clarity, layout and ink transfer. The images show XLH sample results.

HOW IT WORKS

How to Start a Custom Processing Project

01

Send Artwork

Provide artwork, dimensions and application requirements.

02

Project Review

We review the artwork, required material and processing approach.

03

Sample or Production

XLH Laser processes the required POM dies or stamp rubber.

04

Verification

Selected projects can be reviewed through actual embossing or stamp-impression testing.

05

Shipment / Repeat Orders

Finished parts can be supplied for samples, small batches or repeat production.

When Custom Processing Makes Sense

Custom processing can support validation, small batches and repeat supply while keeping a natural route toward material supply or equipment ownership.

Sample Development

For customers who want to verify a design or application before regular production.

Small-Batch Production

For projects that do not yet justify operating a dedicated production workflow.

Repeat Orders

For customers who need processed parts supplied repeatedly from confirmed artwork.

Before Equipment Purchase

For customers who want to validate the application before investing in their own production equipment.
